PSA 2017 Information for Students

Undergraduate students–check out the list of graduate programs participating in our first-ever PSA Grad Fair as part of our Portland conference.

Student volunteers work 3.25 hour shifts and receive complimentary 2017 registration and 2017 membership (otherwise $55.00). Tasks include assisting at the registration area, the Endowment Auction area, and at special events like receptions. Students selected as volunteers will receive an email from Volunteer Coordinator Tina Burdsall by mid-February–and must reply to this email to confirm their commitment and time.  All students not placed in this first round will be on a waitlist–so keep watching your email!

(applications for student volunteers closed 1/31/2017)

If you are selected and confirmed as a student volunteer and you have already paid membership and registration, you will receive a refund of these fees.

PSA also provides some student travel grants (for students who are presenting at PSA 2017 and who have already paid membership and registration or have been selected as a student volunteer) and student registration waivers (for students who are not presenting).  Use the application form below; recipients will be randomly drawn from amongst applicants.
